Paul Frankenstein is an experienced mediator and attorney who has conducted dozens of mediations. His wide-ranging experience in commercial contracts, negotiation, employment law, and international arbitration make him an ideal mediator for complex and sensitive disputes.

Mr. Frankenstein’s patient, process-driven approach to dispute resolution, and his ability to balance differing parties’ diverse interests and motivations to find common ground, have consistently produced results in disputes over a myriad of valuations. He is particularly adept at combining an over-arching view of a dispute with a ground-level grasp of the details to find creative ways to reach consensus.

Mr. Frankenstein has worked on a broad range of technology transactions with some of Silicon Valley’s largest companies, which has made him highly cognizant of the commercial realities that are at play in many disputes. Thanks to extensive international experience, he is also attuned to cross-cultural issues in the practice and application of law.

In addition to his professional practice, Mr. Frankenstein has lectured to students across the US, Asia and Europe and has published on ADR law and procedure. He has also been an active volunteer arbitrator and coach at the Willem C. Vis International Commercial Arbitration Moot for more than a decade.
